Course Tutors

Each full-time course is allocated a course tutor who will get to know students, oversee their progress on their course and maintain appropriate records. There will be time set aside during the course for students to have one to one discussions with their tutor and they can raise issues of concern at any time. Course Tutors provide a friendly ear and can refer students to support staff or other agencies where appropriate.

They are probably the best person to talk to about:-

• Course or Study Problems
• Advice about Modules/Units
• Assessments or Exams
• Study Support Needs
• Future Plans & Progression.
