Art Students Meet International Visitors

National Certificate Portfolio Art and Design students, who have recently enrolled at Elmwood College, were out on a sketching trip in Anstruther when they met some University Lecturers from Dundee University. The party led by Dr Barker Head of International Development were showing, the Principal and university lecturers from Korea around the area.

Dr Brendan Barker said, “Our Korean visitors very much enjoyed meeting you and your students - a welcome break from the usual round of formal meetings and discussions.”

The Korean party was made up of Dr Kyeong-Ho Lee, President, Korea
Dr Sungsoo Kim, Dean of International Affairs and Dr Houngkook Choi; Dean of Research Affairs all from Inje University is located in Gimhae, Korea.

Elmwood College Lecturer Susan Murray said, “They were really taken with our group of students and what they were doing. We exchanged emails and received their business cards with also an invitation to go to Korea to visit their students.”
